I am a very protective and loving person especially to people who have been given a short stick in life.. I have grown up now to know the difference between being an ego driven control freak or a need filled smothering victim. One should care just because you just give a damn. To comfort and heal because it needs to be done. Being a mother type figure because it is part of who you are and treasuring the bits of innocence you have left as a source of power not weakness. This is nothing to be embarrassed about. Stand up for the life you want and value. If what is in your closest is dressed in black and wears a pointy hat don’t be afraid to let her out because she is far stronger and wise then any mouthy B—- you can come up with.
